Data Retention Policy

1. Purpose
GoAnalytics Data Retention Policy provides for a systematic retention and destruction of Customer data stored electronically.
2. Record Retention
The retention period for information that we collect about you is 5 years. After the retention period has expired, we will delete your information or, if this is not possible (for example, because the information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
3. Deletion Method
Once the relevant retention period has run, we will perform daily, automated deletion of records.
Customers are also able to submit a direct request to info@goanalytics.app for deletion of their data.
4. Modifications to the Data Retention Policy
We may at our sole discretion modify this policy without notice to Customer.
